Scorpion Kings Lead the Cape Town Lineup
Scorpion Kings return to the Cabo Beach stage after closing the 2025 debut with a two-hour set that became one of the standout moments of last summer. That night also produced the surprise Tyla appearance that spread across social media in millions of views.
Focalistic plays both Piano People shows this season, the Johannesburg debut at Old Park Station on 28 November and this Cape Town closer. “Amapiano has travelled the world now, but South Africa will always be where the heartbeat is,” he said when the lineups dropped. Dlala Thukzin completes the top tier, and he knows this venue well, with his own Cabo Beach show already listed on our calendar.
Deeper down the bill, Scotts Maphuma and Bob Mabena feature alongside Sam Deep and W4DE, with Ca Ma Gu, Not A She, Notmah and Sesame completing the full listing.

Tickets and Tables
Tickets went on sale on 14 July after a presale registration window, and the first release sold out quickly. The Howler listing currently shows Cape Town tickets from R750, with tables available directly from the promoter at [email protected]. No door sales have been confirmed, so buying online ahead of the day is the only safe bet.

Cabo Beach Club: Venue, Times and Getting There
Cabo Beach Club sits on S Arm Road inside the V&A Waterfront, a proper beach club with sand underfoot and Table Mountain as backdrop. The 4:00 pm start puts sunset over the water mid-programme, well before the headline sets. The venue runs a busy summer schedule, with a Halloween party at Cabo Beach Club also on our calendar before this one.
Getting there is straightforward by Cape Town standards. Rideshares drop at the Waterfront, MyCiTi routes and parking garages sit within walking distance, but spaces fill fast on peak Dezemba evenings, so arrive early or leave the car behind. Age limits for the event haven’t been published yet, so check the ticket terms before buying for anyone under 18.
The mid-August lineup announcement landed well with fans. Replies ranged from “the line up ye summer” to “Dezemba’s about to go off”, and one traveller flying in solo from Switzerland was already hunting for a crew to join. Tables are where the friction sits, with buyers short a few friends to meet the group minimum.
If a beachfront Amapiano party with the genre’s biggest names sounds like the right way to close out 2026, this is it. Book tickets on Howler sooner rather than later, because the 2025 edition sold out and demand this time looks just as strong.
