Kid Fonque has become a vital part of South African electronic music and club culture over the past 20 years. Throughout his career he has helped nurture a plethora of South African artists through his role as label manager of Africa’s seminal dance label Soul Candi Records and now his new label Stay True Sounds. He also started his own radio show called ‘SelectiveStyles’ on South Africa’s national radio station 5FM, where he showcases the hidden talent from all over South Africa’s electronic music scene.
