Top South African dj/producer Black Coffee has fast become one of the heavyweights in Ibiza in the last two years. The line-up for the opening party of Black Coffee’s Hï Ibiza residency has been made official.
Black Coffee’s Saturday night residency starts on May 25, 2019 and will be joined by Guy Gerber, fellow South African Da Capo, Greek DJ DJ Angelo, Lazare Hoche and Parisian artist Salomé, with more artists to be confirmed.
These artist will be playing the latest house music, deep house and afro house music just to mention a few. Many other genres of house music will also be heard over this time. The full programme for Black Coffee’s residency is to be announced in the near future.
Hï ibiza also just released the names confirmed to play Glitterbox, from Honey Dijon and DJ Harvey to Horse Meat Disco and Masters At Work. Bodyworks, the residency from Fisher, Solardo and Camelphat, also recently got announced, while all the names for Tale Of Us’ Afterlife have been revealed.
Black Coffee real name Nathi Maphumulo has had sold out shows across the world, filled stadiums in South Africa and has worked with some of the biggest celebrities in the music business such as Akon, Alicia Keys, Drake, David Guetta, Usher, Pharrell Williams, Diplo, Kelly Rowland, Beyonce and Jay Z. His newest single “Wish You Were Here” is a prolific collaboration with African songbird Msaki and before the award-winning music producer’s 6th solo long player forthcoming later in the year.
Black Coffee is expected to have another year of perfect put-together line-ups featuring underground musicians and internationally renowned Ibiza artists and performers also this year’s residency will have some new features so brace yourself for one massive weekly party.
