DJ Shimza Gives Back Donates 3000 Pairs Of School Shoes To Those In Need

South African born and international DJ/producer Shimza surprised his local community by donating 3000 pairs of Toughees school shoes at the Rabosotho Hall in Tembisa.

DJ Shimza’s real name is Ashley Kholofelo Raphala and is 26 years old. His home town is Tembisa Ekurhuleni, a large township located to the north of Kempton Park on the East Rand, Gauteng, South Africa.

Rewind a fews years back, Shimza started the One Man Show to raise funds for disadvantaged children in his community. The idea of the show was to assemble some of the best afro house, deep house and house music DJ’s in South Africa and create an unforgettable event. All the proceeds and contributions from the event would be used to assist children in his community.

The One Man Show event has been very successful over the years with each year being more successful than the next and has changed the lives of many disadvantaged children.

On twitter he wrote “Dear God, thank you for giving me the strength to use the talent you’ve given me to impact the lives of those around me,”

Many fans took to twitter and praised Shimza for his dedication and commitment to this cause.
